An extensive commercial project that involved converting an orchard shed and existing apartment into a 25 person RSE accomodation facility near Katikati.

This complex project included a large-scale reclad, structural re-strengthening, internal renovation, re-engineering of steel structures and ensuring the building was compliant with NZ fire safety standards.
